With many of us blinded by the city lights, we have to rely on photographers such as Arthur Cauty to unveil the beauty of the surrounding landscape. And we should be thankful that artists have a keen sense for creativity to perfect such projects as an exercise in light painting to create the illusion of motion in a series of still photographs captured after nightfall.

The stars seem to dance as the darkness sets in over Joshua Tree, Arches, and Capitol Reef National Parks in the U.S and Brecon Beacons National Park, Dunraven Bay, and Dartmoor National Park from across the pond. This short will prove to be a visual experience that is best viewed with the lights out and in HD. Or if you’re lucky enough and ready for adventure, head out into the wild to experience the light show for yourself.
